Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations

The Polo Fields swimming pool is not staffed by pool attendants or lifeguards; all members and guests swim at own risk. The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day

Pool Hours:

Sunday - Thursday, 10 am – 10 pm
Friday – Saturday, 9 am – 11 pm

Pool hours may be adjusted to accommodate special maintenance.

Homeowners who are current with their dues and not in violation of any Association policies have access to the pool and surrounding area during posted hours. Each homeowner has a key to the pool facility and should not share the key or loan the key to any non-resident.

Residents are responsible for explaining pool rules to guests and family members, including children. Any damages to the property or pool caused by the homeowner, family members or guests will be the responsibility of the homeowner. As a result, the involved homeowner and family members may lose pool privileges for the year and be charged any associated costs. If you witness vandalism, please notify to Overland Park Police immediately at 913-859-6300.

An adult homeowner 18 years old or older must accompany any guests. Children 13 years of age or younger must be accompanied and supervised by an adult homeowner at all times.

General Rules:

All attendees must shower before entering the pool
All homeowners and guests must deposit cans, papers, and other debris in the trash cans.
Music must be kept low enough to not disturb others.
Pool furniture must be treated with respect and is not allowed in the water.
Food is allowed at the tables. No food or drink is allowed in the pool.
Children 5 years and under, with an accompanying Polo Fields adult homeowner, are allowed in the baby pool. All children in diapers must wear swim diapers.
No running in the pool area.
No unnecessary roughness.
No abusive or foul language.
No diving or flips.
No alcoholic beverages. Glass containers and glass objects are prohibited.
Floatation devices must not interfere with others.
Ensure the pool gate is closed and locked when you enter and leave the pool area.
No smoking in the fenced pool area.
Refrain from unsanitary habits.
Proper swim attire is required; no cutoffs are to be worn in the pool.
No chewing gum within the gated area or the pool.
No pets are allowed in the complex or pool.
Persons with a cold, fever, communicable or skin disease must not use the pool.
Suntan oil is not allowed in the pool. Sunblock and suntan lotions are permissible.

Rule violations may result in fines and/or suspension of swimming privileges. (No allowance will be made in dues amount.) Home Association Solutions, LLC personnel and Polo Fields Homes Association Board members have the authority to enforce all rules. Violations are to be reported immediately to Home Association Solutions, LLC at (913) 825-0001.
