The legal documents that govern the Polo Fields Homes Association are found below in these three attachments.  These documents each have different purposes which illustrate how the association is structured, what authority it has and how they may be amended, etc.  Please take a moment to become familiar with them.

 

 

All exterior modifications on properties in Polo Fields require approval from the association's Architectural Control Committee.  Projects such as installation of fencing, roofs, decks, patios, driveways, swimming pools, play equipment, etc. must be submitted for review and approval.
